Claudia sent a message to James McCann – CEO, 1-800-FLOWERS – Email Address that said:

I have been a good customer for the flowers and cheryls cookies. I ordered a birthday gift recently and thought it was sent. as it turned out, it was not delivered and neither your staff nor I was notified. If I had not spoken with my family, I would never have known the gift was not received, but I was charged. I spoke with one of your staff,that offered as much help as she could but that wasn't enough to make me want to shop there again, or tell my friends to be confident that the things shipped will be delivered. Also, I was told that when you pick a delivery date. That the gift may or may not get there on that date. If I wanted to ensure that it got there on that date, I needed to pay the extra two day delivery fee of 10.00. The gifts cost enough as is without adding another 10.00 to it. Also, where does it state that anywhere on your site? I feel so let down that I now have to find another source of gifting since I cant depend on your company any longer. Claudia
