I have been a life long customer of Pizza Hut. I also enjoy many more of the Yum products, but I have had a bad experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and received a thin crust. I also ordered a pizza with pan crust and received a thin crust pizza as well. I am sure that you understand how demanding children can be when they don't receive what has been ordered. I don't want to sound like the kids rule my house but I'm sure you understand. This is the first issue I have ever had, but it was very bad. I want to be sure this issue is addressed. We love your products KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. We love the products. We know they are the best in the industry. I know this is in good hands. Let me know the progress of this issue. Problems happen and every problem is an opportunity for success.
