I have been a long-time customer of Pizza Hut in India and abroad. I now no longer wish to do so. On 15 April. I ordered a peperoni pizza for a cricket party I had at home in Vadodara. I was sent a chicken sausage pizza without prior consultation. The local store very reluctantly admitted to it after repeated questions and said that their peperoni was not of good quality. A make-up delivery was promised for next day at 1 pm. That never happened. I was asked later at 8 pm whether I wanted the make-up order. My appetite for pizza and Pizza Hut had vanished then. I demanded a full refund and compensation for the last minute arrangements I had to make to entertain my guests and inconvenience. The person refused to give his name. I had to coax it out of him (Rameshwar of Race Cource Circle Vadodara store). I have given this feedback to PHI website, but no response so far. I am afraid the Pizza Hut brand is now mud in my eyes.
