I have been a long time Time Warner customer. Every year my rate for services – Thomas M Rutledge email address

I have been a long time Time Warner customer. Every year my rate for services is raised and I have to either give up some services or pay more. This is so frustrating - I would think you would want to keep a good long-time, paying on time customer. For the past year my bill has been $129.86 (I actually had to downgrade my services a year ago to get this price). This month my bill went up to $200!! I cannot pay that amount and no one at Time Warner is able to explain this huge increase to me. If I were a new customer I would get a much better rate - so am I supposed to drop all services and then sign back up as a new customer? Is there anyway you can help me keep my rate and services what they are now? We are an elderly couple (75 and 73) on a fixed income and cannot afford this increase. I would greatly appreciate any help you could offer us. Thank you in advance for your attention.
