I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for years. So when I found out that you were selling major appliances. I was ecstatic. I purchased a GE refrigerator in October of last year. As you can see from the email below. I had to have two service calls on this appliance already. I was told by GE that I should contact you with my complaint. What is my recourse in this matter. I am still having trouble with this appliance. This is the first opportunity I have had to bring this issue to your attention.
I regret to hear you have required 2 repairs on your new refrigerator. I understand this is very disappointing. I looked up your product warranty and it is for repairs for one full year, should any functional part fail. There is no replacement warranty or option for a refund. Your purchase was made with JC Penney, therefore any refund requests must go through them because they are the ones who received your payment. I see you had a service repair completed today.
