Michael sent a message to Brian L. Roberts Chairman and CEO, Comcast Corporation – email address that said:

I have been a loyal Comcast customer for approximately 30 years. Last October, I contacted Comcast and informed them that my Triple Play Promotion was coming to an end and that I wanted to obtain a new Tripe Play Promotion. I spoke to a very nice man named Antoine who offered me a very nice promotion for $208.00 per month and he told me that it would be good for two years. He told me my bill would be $208.00 each month and would not change I thanked him for his help and said good night.

On January 14, 2017 I received a Comcast bill for $214.00 which was six dollars more than my previous bills. I called Comcast at 4:45pm to discuss my bill. I spoke to Erika, badge, about the increased charges. I also asked her why the my invoice listed me as a contracted customer. She informed me that I had entered into a verbal two year contract with Comcast.

I assured her that I had not.

I informed her that I had never entered into any formal contract agreement with Comcast (Infinity).

Erika informed me that she would pass this on to a Comcast department that deals with these matters and a Comcast representative would get back to me with a tape recording of our initial conversation.

I want this matter resolved. I did not enter into any contract with Comcast.

I'm going to send a copy of this letter to the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office and my congressman as well as the local media including television channels 3, 6 and 10. Perhaps they will investigate the matter and do a human interest story about Comcast and their unusual way of doing business.

I don't necessarily want to end my relationship with Comcast, but I want this matter resolved.

BTW: We agreed on $208.00 per month. Why did you increase the bill to $214.00. I thought we had an agreement!

Regards,

Michael
