I have been a loyal customer with JCP for many years.
I tried your customer service line, customer service on line and reached Synchrony Bank. I have been unable to resolve my problem. All the above contacts either sent me on a recording loop, were out of order and the bank could not help.
Here is problem: I made my payment on line and as I completed the transaction I realized there was a 5 day delay in payment. The majority of my online payments are one day payment schedule. I cannot get ahold of anyone to try and resolve my late fee. Please advise what I can do.
I understand your stores are having trouble. I do like your merchandise. I would like to point out that your stores are messy, uninformed sales persons, and there is no customer service. In this day and age you should have clean stores, informed personal and above all else excellent customer service. You loose customers with these problems. We all have a lot on our plates and do not have time to hassle with the above conditions. You should be able to correct the above problems. Customer service is the most important.
