I have been a member for 2 yrs and I just wanted you to know that it's been one of the most horrible experience trying to get services.i know the affordable Care act has been bad for the ins.co's but members like myself are innocent people that try to live day by day but we shouldn't have to be mistreated because of it.I sympathize with what is happening but I have had to deal with my drs not being paid,having to have a prior authorization for meds but not finding out until I go to get them leaving me with trying to reach my dr. on a Friday and a holiday and now even after I called to check on my dental and being told that I was covered for dentures and going to dentist to be humiliated to be told it was only for minors,the same as vision but already gotten my glasses.Just why??I have been talked down to from rude reps. That doesn't have a clue but still not my fault.You shouldn't
