I have been a Sprint customer since 2004. During this time I have enjoyed Sprint and have six lines for my family plus lines for iPads. During the 14 years I have always paid my bill. Sometimes I needed extensions because we know times have been tough. They always extended it and I always paid it. But now the calls are being a soon the Philippines and they won't extend my payment arrangement this time. I had to pay 448.00 and could only pay 300.00 now and the rest next week. But this time they said no. So my only option is to bring my business to Verizon. Just wanted you to know you lost another loyal customer.
