I have been a subscriber and regular listener to the howard stern channels since he joined your team. I just called your customer service department just spent 41 minutes on the phone in two departments just trying to get one car service transfered to another car. Seriously...... 41 minutes?!!!?? That is not good customer service. So painful. This is not isolated. I have this experience EVERY time i have to deal with your customer service department(s) . Why cant i go online and do this myself?
