I have been a Time Warner customer for many years. Recently I moved and transferred my time warner service to my new address. I was told my whole house option would be honored by Spectrum. It worked fine when I moved in. On October 31,2016 I spoke with Ellen a Spectrum agent who advised me I could lower my bill by $30.00 if I reduced my internet speed from 300 to 100. She assured me all other services would remain the same including WHOLE HOUSE. I weren't ahead and lowered my bill. The next day my whole house was cut off. I called and was told I would have to pay another $30.00 a month to reinstate it. I now have slower internet and am back up to my original bill. This is so clearly a bait and switch that I am astounded by what Spectrum is doing. This does not bode well for Spectrum. I would ask you to honor your commitments and return me to my original condition. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. Elana
