Dear Mr. Lundgren:
Hello. I hope that you are well.
I have been a valued customer of Macy’s for a number of years. I worked there for many, many years when it was Castner Knott and then Hecht’s. Since it’s been Macy’s, I love it even more, and it’s one of my favorite stores.
I was a valued cardholder until I didn’t get a bill one month, and a 30-day late payment showed up on my credit report. That’s why I’m writing, I recently got a copy of my credit report. I see that your company reported the 30-day late payment to the 3 credit agencies. I respectfully ask that you have the late payment removed from my 3 credit reports because I was never intentionally late on a bill. I don’t feel that I should be penalized because I didn’t receive a bill.
Sincerely,
Stacey
