I have been a Windstream customer for about the last twenty years. For the last three to four years I have had continued problems with both landline and internet, there is no cell service available in my area. Have spoken with numerous service techs and have been told there is need for a new trunk line as existing line has been hit so many times by lightening that it is fried. Have spoken with regional Jason Blenkenship with no results, Need landline service.
