Jacqueline Madison sent a message to David P. King Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings Email Address that said:
I have been attempting to resolve an issue with LabCorp since December of 2017 and have had no success whatsoever.
I do not understand how a corporation can have that type of non-ethical commitment to the public. I worked for 10 years, in the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 company and NEVER treated clients the way that I have been treated. It is shameful (for lack of a stronger term).
And, according to reviews I have read on the Internet, apparently Im not the only one who feels LabCorp is not a client-friendly corporation. I, for one, going forward, will have my blood drawn at a non-LabCorp facility (even though theres a LabCorp in my doctors office).
