Manisha Gupta sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
I have been battling a complaint with paypal since well over six years about a transaction in which my $ balance was converted to Indian Rupees and vice versa by Paypal executives resulting exchange loss to the tune of $1500. The mistake was acknowledged by paypal and a courtesy credit promised but the same has not come about over a period of nearly 7 years. This is a financial crime and my account with the email stated herein can be examined threadbare for immediate view of the issue.
I guess this needs immediate attention as this reflects on extremely poor customer service involving now trust issues, Though my loss has now grown to $2500(including interest for the huge period taken in) but I am asking the matter to be resolved at loss quantified by me in 2014. I would be ,though, satisfied only with a recompense of $2500.
