RICHARD sent a message to Michael L. Corbat CEO, Citigroup Inc. – email address that said:
I have been calling regarding a Home Depot Account, whereas I called earlier this month and made a payment over the phone, which was never applied. Now you are calling and harassing my mother as many as five times per day. Now I have had to call 10 times and i have been denied that a power of attorney even exists for this account. Which is a violation of my legal rights, refusing at honor a legal POA IS A VIOLATION! And despite contacting your company I have yet to have anyone even begin to address my concern with any sincerity. Clearly it is in our best interest to take this matter to a higher authority.
We have had to argue every time i contact CITI about the POA
We have made phone payments which have not been applied
we have been repeatedly harassed by phone
and now this absolutely ridiculous experience with what you call customer service and I would say it is anything but!
Please have a memeber of your executive staff contact me and yes by executive, I mean they should have "President" in their title.
