I have been contacting Dish Network by phone and e mail for over 2 months – Charlie Ergen email address

BRANDI sent a message to Charlie Ergen – Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network – Email Address that said:

I have been contacting Dish Network by phone and e mail for over 2 months now, and have not yet been contacting or reimbursed for the money that was taken from me. Totaling over $120.00 at this point. I have conference called with my bank branch manager on the phone, I have sent over scaned documents, showing where they took money from both mine and my husbands account for the same bill, charged me fees for the money not being there, when it was they were in the wrong account. If you could please provide with an e mail for yourself and I will forward you the e mail s that I sent to them and what they have said back. This has happened now for the month of July and again in August. I called in July to tell them what they did, spent hours on the phone and gotten no where, I was just going to accept the loss (even though it clearly is their fault) due to the fact it was so time consuming, hours at a time being transferred around and yet no one can see what they did, I was offering to send in the proof, bank records, and no one would provide to me an e mail address, when I would ask to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on multiple times. I would greatly appreciate your physical e mail address so that I may provide you with the entire situation, so that this may be resolved once and for all. I will not pay my next bill until this is resolved as I do not feel comfortable doing so over the phone until they have this straightened out. If I do not hear back from you I will have no choice but to contact my attorney and expose this situation. I hope that you can understand my frustration. I left Time Werner Cable after 6 years of service, and was told something way different on the phone other than what was the contract, and I then got locked into. This whole experience was unpleasant, from the very beginning. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
