I have been cut off from live chat 4 times. There is nothing wrong with – Michael OLeary email address

melodie schaschke sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

I have been cut off from live chat 4 times. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and on my 4th attempt and 25 minutes of waiting I was told that the operator could do nothing to help me, could not phone me or pass my message on. I asked to be phoned on 01413572132 if this happened again. I was told that it was not possible to pass my message on and not possible to phone me.
My complaint is:
Despite the fact that there are 2 seats together on my flight I cannot have them without paying extra. I think this is a disgrace and a cynical way of Ryanair getting more money from their customers. Myself and my friends travel regularly and this is the type of ripoff that will make us use another airline. I asked for the seats together which are available to be allocated to me and my friend without charge. I was told this is not possible. Surely Ryanair is not returning to the bad old days with a reputation of next well be paying extra to use the toilets.
The bad press Ryanair had several years ago over the charging for extras appeared to have been addressed until now. I travel often and will not use Ryanair again if this charging policy is not reversed.
