I have been fighting with the centurylink reps since I started with the service. My bill is split between a phone bill and a Internet/cable bill and both bills have been twice as much as I should be paying every month. I have to call in to complain each month and take time to talk to someone just get it fixed every month. The problem still isn't fixed yet again I have to call in and talk to someone about my bill and get it fixed. When I ask to speak to a manager I get told there is not one and shuffled to someone else. Please look into this. Thank you
