I have been going to Lab Corp at 31 New Dorp Lane on S.I. for years and have never had a problem. I went Jan.4th 2016 for blood work. The girl, who didn;t speak good English did not know what the script read and asked me. Isaid no I don't know what the doc wrote down,you girls are supposed to be trained to know how to read these scripts and she said,no we are not trained. She should have called the doctor immediately without askingme, the was very unprofessional of her. 3 new girls that did not speak good English. I hope she did the right blood test. There is more, but won't go into it now. You should not hire workers who are not knowledgable.Please look into this matter.
