I have been having an issue with ebay and paypal since I ordered a used 6s from ebay on 11/16/16 for a Christmas present. Never received phone and ya'll won't give my money back. I really feel violated. I am being told I won case and everytime I call you say 24 to 48 hrs. about four times now.. please look into it. when I ordered it I went in as a GUEST because I didn't have time to change passwords, I could't remember my passwords PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
