I have been having trouble getting my trash picked up. today makes two weeks . the driver says he is scared he will get stuck please come and look at what he is talking about its a 2 to maybe 3 inch groove that he made a long time ago that has not gotten deeper made of broke up asphalt. so he will not come but then wants to come the next day or day after if I will pay $50 more. I already pay $204. a month and I do not get service every week .the route manager came by ..please do not send him back to my house I either need this matter resovled or I need to be allowed to get a independent company to service me. also they pick up at my work where it is a very bad mud hole but they are here every week with out any trouble .please call me for more details if you like .and my name is Pattie
