David sent a message to Michael Rapino – President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Live Nation Entertainment – Email Address that said:
I have been in discussion with one of your team about some vouchers that were bought for me as a present when I retired as Headteacher of a school in 2015. I did not notice the small print and the vouchers of £200 have now expired. I accept this is my fault but I feel guilty that people gave their money and I have effectively wasted it. I have asked your team to extend the vouchers or reissue them but they say it is not possible. I am asking you to change this decision and give me the very positive image of your company that this would create rather than the rather negative one I now have. After all you have had the£200 for 18 months.
