Lee sent a message to Ross McEwan CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland that said:
i have been in touch on numerous times about charges to my account which are unfair. Including complaints your company is taking money off me every month for phone insurance etc what i have never used or need every time you take the £10 out my money which is (Child Tax/Benefit) not OK!
