I have been inquiring about my release of lien from the former RI Federal Savings and Loan Association for my property. I had an $80k mortgage on my property that I paid. The FDIC wants me to furnish them with the paid note and details of my home mortgage proof of payment, which I no longer have. Ideally, Citizens bank should have this, and I wrote to you and them 4 years ago, to no avail.
Please assist me in obtaining my proof of payment and release of lien.
