I have been more than patient with my order for a Korg Minilogue. You keep pushing my order back (four times now). You charged me on April 4th - $502.24. Paypal Transaction Even though your webpage states: Sweetwater does not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and ready to ship.
Please ship item out immediately or reimburse immediately.

I purchased a Korg Minilogue on Febuary 29th 2016
No news
I wrote sweetwater asking: Questions/Comments: When will the minilogue be available? I placed an order already, asked the sales "engineer" but no answer

Hi Ryan, Please respond via email. 1.- When you get minilogue in to ship? and 2.- please explicitlly explain de cancelation procedure in case I determine delivery from you takes too much time.
Please understand I in good faith purchased this item thinking it would ship out immediately. Only later when I was looking for delivery date that I found the mini fine print stating item would ship whenever you get it.

When will my credit card be charged?
Sweetwater does not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and ready to ship. In the event that your order must be split (i.e., one item is in stock and one is backordered) we only charge for the part that is shipped. Once the balance of your order is ready to ship we will apply charges for that. One important thing to note here is that every order at Sweetwater is reviewed and attended to by a highly-trained Sweetwater employee before your credit card is charged to make sure that each and every order receives the personal attention it deserves.
Just terrible treatment with this purchase. We all have bad days, but these have been bad months.
