Laurie  sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:

I have been on the phone all day with your customer service and technical support. Then the complaint line and the supervisor's line. They then transferred me to the repair supervisor's line. I originally called for you before they transferred me to the supervisor's lines. My internet has been slow to nothing all weekend! I work and pay bills online. I need my internet. I do not want to hear that it is an overloaded server. Fix it. Don't tell me that you are not sure when it is due for an upgrade! Fix it. I pay for your service. I expect to be able to use it!!!! I want this fixed and I want it fixed now! I have already looked up all numbers to make this very public if this is not fixed today besides calling my attorneys forthwith.
