I have been patiently waiting for a response to my e-mail regarding the horrific happening on your airline that I went through along with my coach who was unfortunately sitting next to me. Please make reference to the Southwest Reference number as stated to me by an e-mail sent to me on 09/08/17 from Southwest Customer Service. The subject Reference Number is 2194383023510. This clearly states what happen on that horrible flight. I have not addressed this to anyone else at this time but have now been awaiting a reply for 3 1/2 weeks ? Could you please help your company with this ?? Than kyou- I await your reply..
