I have been reading all the negative things. What people are saying about Sears customer service. What is the CEO of Sears company going to do it?
You should hire someone like me to run the e-commerce part of the business. And keep the customers happy not just hanging up on customers. I myself have been loyal customer since I was a kid.
Mr. Lampert your head is ONLY on the money part NOT the loyal customers.
You would NOT have Sears job, if this was happening before. Sears would have close there doors for good.
