I HAVE BEEN READING DIFFERENT COMPLAINTS REFERENCE TO JC PENNYS SERVICE. I HAVE DECIDED TO INCLUDE MY EXPERIENCE. I REQUESTED AND RECEIVED TWO GIFT CARDS FROM JC PENNYS FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN AN EFFORT TO PURCHASE A NEW COMFORTER SET. I FOUND JUST THAT SET(JC PENNY MOROCCO COMFORTER SET )IT WASNT IN STOCK . I WAS INFORMED THAT IT SHOULD BE IN STOCK IN A FEW WEEKS , I WOULD BEUPDATED BY EMAIL. I DECIDED TO ORDER WHILE AVAILABLE 2 WINDOW VALANCE AND 2 EURO PILLOWS. A FEW DAYS LATER I ECEIVED EMAIL ADVISING THAT ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED , ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WELL, JUST YESTERDAY A POP-UP ON MY CEL ADVISED ME THAT THE COMFORTER SET WAS AVAILABLE AND AS QUICKLY AS I COULD I CALLED AND MADE THE ORDER. AT END OF ORDER SHE ADVISED ME THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THAT I COULD TRY LATER. SHE ALSO ADVISED THAT ONLY A FEW PROBABLY WAS ORDERED AND I NEEDED TO BE VERY QUICK TO ORDER ON LINE OR BY PHONE TO PURCHASE THAT ITEM. I CANT TELL YOU HOW DISSAPOINTING THAT WAS. IM TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON MERCHANDISE THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED AS AVAILABLE ONLY TO BE TOLD I WASNT QUICK ENOUGH. MY COMPLAINT IS NOT ABOUT ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT FROM JC PENNY BUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE AT ALL.
THERES GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS OTHER THAN REQUESTING THEM TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ORDERING ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT ITS NOT AVAILABLE AT END OF ORDER. NOW,WHAT I WANT IS FOR YOU TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO PURCHASE THIS BEDDING FROM JC PENNYS. I KNOW YOU CAN
