I have been trying for over 2 months to have cable out to my house. I have spent $1021 putting in the underground portion to my house. Metrocast has received a bill for $2400 for work that PPL has to do to the pole first. Metrocast pays these items but they need an itemized bill as to what PPL is going to be doing before they pay it. They have been in contact with Mr. Munley and he says they cannot give them an itemized bill.....!! Why not?? It would be like a mechanic sending you a $2400 bill but not telling you what he did, ridiculous! So now we are going into month 3 and nothing can be done until Metrocast gets this itemized bill. Is there anything you can do to get this to move along. Thank you
