I have been trying for two days to check my Grandson in for our flight – Michael OLeary email address

Mrs Gertrude Lockey sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

I have been trying for two days to check my Grandson in for our flight to Majorca on12th August and find out that on the Booking form he is down as Mr Frederick Lockey I have e-mailed I have been on live chat and all I want is for me to receive a new Booking with it changed to Child so I can print all six of our boarding passes together .we have 10 seats booked at a cost of £3000 pounds can it not be sorted please
