I have been trying to call your NON customer service # for a week now for access to my pod and am on hold for over 30 min. every time and have not gotte thru yet! This is very very aggravating. I need to get in my pod, your website is NOT helpful either. I log in and it says you can click to live chat. They dont answer either. What is the problem? Extremely bad service, very frustrated .
