I have been trying to connect to my account for the last 4-6 weeks. Mutual – James T Blackledge email address

Leonard sent a message to James T. Blackledge President and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company Email Address that said:

I have been trying to connect to my account for the last 4-6 weeks. Mutual of Omaha website responds with
"We're sorry, we had a problem processing your request. Please try again later".
Finally I called and I was disconnect twice before I was able to talk to a representative. I then called and was able to talk to a customer service person. I was informed that I should download google chrome browser because the company knows there is a problem, they were all issue google chrome browsers and everything works. I ask the person, when will internet explorer, the browser that has been working for years work. He had no idea. Sir, when will the website be able to handle Microsoft internet browser.
