I have been trying to get a replacement atm card card since September. I was told 3 times that you didnt have atm cards and was sent 3 different debit cards. I called customer service and was told I could get one but I had to get it at the bank. so I went to the bank. they had trouble connecting it to my saving account and would mail it to me. that was on dec. 11 as of dec. 22. I still have not got it. I called on dec18 and was told I should get it that day. I didnt. I called today dec. 22 and was told maybe today or next week. when I talked to them they said I requested it to be mailed which I did not. this is the worst service ive ever had. so much for making my life a 5/3rd better. ive been lied to and feel Im getting the run around and I dont appreciate it. it is the Rockford mi west location. I talked to Stephanie and Stacey.
