I have been trying to get assistance for three weeks now and have Been given the run around. I had a recall (Power Steering) on my vehicle back in Feb 2016. (2008 Mercury Mariner) This is an ongoing problem that was not fixed. I want assistance having this fixed the right way please as this is a serious safety issue for me and my daughter. I do not want to hear the one year or 12,00 miles line. I specifically asked this question when getting my vehicle done and was not told this and I was told if there was a future problem it would be taken care of. Please do the right thing and fix my car. Thank You
