I have been trying to get compensation for a repair i had to pay for – J Paul Raines email address

Donna sent a message to J. Paul Raines – Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation – Email Address that said:

I have been trying to get compensation for a repair i had to pay for ,so my sons refurbished wiiu i bought for christmas was fixed .I have dealt with customer service as well as the manager at my local store,they said they could not have it repaired for me and told me of a local place.I was able to get it repaired there but it cost me 135.00 and my son was able to keep all of his data from the transfer.That was the only way for him not to loose anything was to have the same system.I purchased Nov 24th 2016 for a Christmas gift refurbished at gamestop.com.I feel i am at least owed some compensation,he was very sad after starting the transfer on the wiiu,step one and then put in his wii his data was removed from his wii,but the system i bought would not read the card a second time. Thats why it had to be the same system we couldn't exchange or even purchase a new system,which Gamestop did not have.Can you please help.My card and membership are in my name Donna but for some reason it shipped to my husband Kelvin and he is ticked that most of the customer service reps insist on talking to him.He does not like to deal with anyone and for the last 37 years i handle everything,they do not understand that.
