I have been trying to get some support for JBL Pulse 2 (Black) that i have purchased from Amazon.in
The charging port is not working fine. Please replace the product. I tried to contact on toll free numbers in India but i didn't get any response from them which is very frustrating. Now as the time has passed by Amazon will not be able to replace it for me. I have purchased it on 24th June 2016. I will mark a mail to US office if i did not get any response from you.
