I have been trying to get your company to set up services at my house for the past 2 months and there is always an excuse as to why they cant connect it. I am absolutely flabbergasted as to how many times I have been transferred to another rep. who still cant give me a reason why. I would really like some answers as to why I cant get your services connected when all the ground work has already been completed. If you value any customer that utilizes your company for television, internet or home phone I would like to hear back from you for a resolution. If I ran my company the way your employees are running yours I wouldnt have any customers to service.
