I have been trying to log into your changed website ever since your company switch it. there was a ticket put in for the problem but nothing has been resolved. last time I spoke to your IT dept and they put the blame on my end... which it is not. I have tried logging in through numerous computers and its the same issue. I need this resolved quickly. Please advise.
