Harriet sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy that said:
I have been trying to place an order for an appliance set you have advertised since the advertisement appeared with my newspaper on December 31. I have called your store in Willowbrook, Texas six times. The first two times I was on hold for 15 minutes. Then I was told I needed to have a store credit card to take advantage of the financing. Then I was told that the offer wasn't good online. Now, I was just told that the Willowbrook Store would not sell me a product using your store credit card over the phone. When I asked for a manager, I was connected to a line that rang and rang and then stopped without being answered. What is the deal hear? Don't your salespeople get commission? They sure don't seem to want to sell anything.
