I have been trying to reach someone, by phone, at Best Buy from the local store in Duluth, GA, to your corporate office with no success. I get through to a recording and leave a message or am put on endless hold.
I purchased a refrigerator from the Duluth store 2 years ago and should have earned 250+ points but because I took advantage of the 0% promotion, I received nothing. This is a total surprise as the your associate keep telling me about the points and wanted me to be sure to come back to him when I was ready to redeem. This promotional wasn't free, it cost me 250+ points.
The wall you have built between your customers and your business has convinced me that you are not a company I can do business with.
