I have been waiting for a billing error credit from Quest since February 9th! Every time I call to inquire about the status, I get a different answer EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I have been lied to as to the date I would receive my refund. I asked to pseak to a manager on 3/30...was transferred to her voicemail and SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL!! I am ready to send this to my states attorney general!
