I have been with Allstate for over 30 years. My 2010 KIA was deemed a total loss in an accident that was not my fault. Comparable cars are above $12K. Allstate's Total Loss Department won't budge from $8,700. That is not close to the correct value of my vehicle before the accident. I have talked and emailed and am getting nowhere and it's now close to 3 months.
