I have been with Sprint for 16 years and never have I had poor service like this. I work for Select Staffing which merged with Embloybridge in February 2015. Together they have multiple staffing agencies underneath them, ProDrivers is one of those brands. My discount expired for Hertz since I no longer work there but now work for this 8 Billion company and I am having the wort time getting this discount applied. I have spoken to the customer rep department multiple times. They hav failed to send the email confirmation and/or verify the discount by any other means. If this does not get resolved quickly, my 16 year run with Sprint will be over. Can you please forward this to appropriate person(s) for resolution?
