I have been with sprint for over 20 years, I set up to make a payment for Friday 2/12/2016 for half that is due and will pay the remainder next pay day 2/26/2016.
Well your customer Service stated they need money today, I explained that I get paid friday. I work the San Antonio Police Department, I'm asking for an extension for 3 days......Your representatives will not help me out. If I had the money today, I'd pay it. After being with sprint over 20 years or more, you can't help me out with a couple days. I would like a callback asap by someone in corporate. I pay for 6 phone lines with Sprint, I can easily move to another company. Due to the line of work I do, work for San Antonio Police Dept., I really need my service on. But your finance people keep telling me they cannot wait 3 days. I would like someone to call me asap to discuss. It is Tuesday Feb. 9 th 12:38pm CDT. Please help me out , my name is Jo Ann .
