I have been with SunTrust or parent company since about 1977. Mortgage, checking account, credit cards. Now with the closing of the Valley Mall - Harrisonburg, Va bank, the only one left with a drawer as opposed to the tubes, I will have to move my account to another bank. I'm 80, have a crippled left arm....can't use the tubes and don't want to have to get out of the car to go into the bank to cash a check. Think how many others are in my shoes. Pity.
