I have been without power since last week. Am a senior citizen. My furnace has gone out as well as my electricity. It worked okay before.
Have been patient and tried to understand problem from your viewpoint, but when I call and keep getting message that power should be on by certain time, and then following messages keep extending the estimated time, day after day.
The last straw for me was this morning, March 14th. I called and the automative system said estimated time for my power to be back on is MARCH 13, at 11:30 p.m. This extended outage has caused tremendous problems for me and then to be told it should be fixed by yesterday - What are you doing?
