I have bought a vehicle from your company in 3/2015 it has been in the shop ever since i bought it, there are records of repairs etc. And this last week when I had transmissions issues, and carmax denied the claim and was told by your service people in VA, that amanda from carmax in Tampa, would take care of the stripping of the vehicle and that I should not have to worry about rental veh. I drop off my vehicle with expecation that the vehicle would be fixed, and keep in mind i just got it back from the shop, in addition i rented a veh from hertz per amanda and was advised by the people in Va and amanda that carmax is going to cover the rental and repairs that did not happen, charlie from Aamco put 160 more miles on my car transmission was not touched, nor was he not planning on stripping the transmission, like they promised for 7 days he had my car. I never ever have I ever seen any organization lie and steal, and have no integrity like your company. I have been treated like a liar, and I had to fight every month to have my car fixed. and this situation takes the cake. I know your company does not care about people and they way I have been treated is unheard off, I am in service myself, if i ever treated my policy holders like this I would be fired. Your organization from mgmt on is terrible, they just care about the sale. Please call me . Thank you I hope to hear from you.
