Norma sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I have called CL every month regarding my bill going up. I have been assured the last 3 times that it would stay at one price. It still goes up every month. Also included was a late fee, which I have never had and didn't have this last month. What is wrong with your system?? The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing. I have all names and dates of these calls. My last bill was $168.53 - supposed to be 123.92 for the next year. I am not paying that amount and will out of necessity have to switch to another carrier. I have the bundle and have for several years. Please help. . Hope to hear from you shortly. Norma
